Recommend Resource’s Building LEVEL for Bookbinder

Hi.. I've, maybe, found a problem with bookbinder. At level 3 for the Manuscript the bookbinder said that it would take 20h in order to finish. When you upgrade to level 4 it will reduce time of 33%. Now, mathematically 20h-33%=13.4h => 13h but the bookbinder say 15h. Why? O.o I didn't controlled the others books but i think that the problem it's the same.

These recommendations are wrong now that it has become clear that the cost of making books increases as you make more books. It doesn't matter whether you've applied them to your geo or not.

On the test server, this feature seemed to disappear, but it is back on the live servers.

So, as time goes on, you will need to upgrade your production buildings more and more to keep up with increased demand from the bookbinder.

I'm aware of the new update with increasing resource. I will update my calculation on the 01/08/2013
Mean while I still recommended level 1 or level 2 with buff bc the information i had for now is about double the resource required
