Dead Troops - And were to they go !

Hi

I've noticed that if i send 100 troops to be killed ( i mean fight ) If they die i cant create the same number again even if i have the swords or the crossbows . They seem to disapper from my storehouses and population ?

Am i missing something ?

Do you get them back or do i have to buy more ?

When your troops are dead, they're gone and never come back. You can create more troops when you have idle settlers. You gain 1 idle settlers every 15 mins.

Also remember that you can get more settlers (idle workers) by "making" them in the provisions house.
