Recycling Plant

I have a question.

I have 3 recycling Plants, bought with gems in Gemshop.
There is a max for 3.

Its not possible to give a recycling plant from Gemshop to a friend.
But.....
When a friend buy a recycling plant from gemshop (he dont bought 3, so not at his max)
can he send me the recycling plant with the trade.
Not with Trade Office, only with trade, through friends Trade.

Some of the people says, "Yes it can", others says "NO".

Please what is the right answer ?
