I've just tried to raise a support query, but the "Select Category" drop down doesn't present any options, so you can't select a category, and therefore you can't log a query...
I was trying to log an issue on my Pumpkin buffs...
"I've got a full quota of Pumpkin fields and their rate of depletion seems to be constant regardless of which buffs I apply to them when compared with unbuffed fields..."
As it says on the login page, the support ticket system is not working. You can instead contact them via email: account.support@thesettlersonline.com
Secondly, buffing will not affect the rate of depletion, it only affects output. So they do not deplete faster but give you more pumpkins with each cycle, eg a x2 buff will remove 1 pumpkin per cycle but give you 2. Production time remains unchanged.
