As mixie states when u change it and hit return it loops back to the homepage
Have tried several different attempts to get into the game now, used IE9 firefox google and aol and no access ... the play now button does not respond ... the page stays the same but that button and the help options for a new contact form also do not work.
Why is this happening? I am a guild leader and need to log in at least once a day to keep on top of guild business.
We are both sandycove server - do you think that is why it is working for us and not others?
becouse of the error on page,source code of the play now button is blocked and this button not working but direct link work. i'm just try to help
servr is not problem,some other player have another problem. they can't log in so automaticly can't play
well i had same problem and was on IE now on fiirefox and struggling, but this problem has been around since the thursday morning maintenance and no one seems to resolve it blaming the browser when infact the game has issuesQuote:

logging in via google chrome does actually work. load it on to your desktop as a secondary browser. i have a hell of a lot of stuff to rebuild though!
Log in works great but when you press play nothing happens except page error.Have tried repeatedly,same thing.
wats wrong with the server, after thursday maintenance- problem started logging in. Why can't the developers address the issue. where are BB_*.*
I havent been able to log in for a day now, it just comes up done with errors on page! I will quit if i cant get in soon as i have gold mines and certainly not going through collecting all that stuff again for an error.
Yes you can get in on google chrome, but i still have 1000 water and 150 iron that i cannot put into my majors building, i hope we get some sort of compensation for all these issues!!!!

to all players using IE: don't update your flashplayer, otherwise you will be unable to logon, the blue buttons won't work after updating flashplayer
Rubbish, has nothing to do with flashplayer. I can login into the german TSO version with IE without any problems. It is only with the UK version that it doesn't work. Not the first time with UBISoft that German versions are far much better supported then English versions. Chrome browser works ok with the same flashplayer version.
So the warning is justly, IE users are unable to login after updating flashplayer and restarting their computer. And as the German version is still working properly, it should not take long before the BB's have a solution to this problem. And don't you rubbish me!Quote:

Same here, tried 2 different computers but the play now button doesn't work. I've had no access to the game for 4 days!!
4 days now without being able to get into the game!! The 'play' button just wont work and I know it's not my computer as I can get on in other countries, am not happy now!!
four days now and still can't log in everything else works but the log in button ??? all my hard work will have gone wheat water ect

Cant log in on IE, but with Crome i can. Happend for about 3-4 days ago. Never had prob with IE.

Same problem as well. Tried from 2 different computers and couldn't log in. I also can't send a ticket to the support group.

@Anttser: please use the email address I gave previously through your regular email service (Gmail, Hotmail etc.).
I can't log in either. Everytime I get to the site it has the little yellow caution icon in the status bar saying 'Done, but with errors on page'.
This happened before, and no amount of cache clearing and flash player updating fixed it. It just seemed to be the website.
How much longer until it's fixed?
This is a server issue not a local one, it does not matter what version of flash you are using it still does not work as previously stated. However it appears to be an issue with IE8 on the whole. I have a friend who is logging in with IE9 without an issue. Google chrome works but this is not convient for some.
As for the solution of Clear the cache this has been tried i believe on page 1, and we have repeatedly stated this does not work.
We seem to be getting nowhere with this at all.
Is it time for us starting to ask for our money back for items bought and cancelling our accounts ??
