Apologies for the ignorance but I cannot understand how the vast majority of bugs are identical to those that were there and reported months ago on the test server.
its so damn laggy you click u have to wait for the game to respond its taking so long to do anything

As no bugs was fixed on test, the purpose of test was not to test and find bugs- it was just to make us believe they was actually doing something to solve the situation, and they did something- just not very much. Most of the bugs and more are still there, don't even know where to begin.
My gems purchase has been postponed for 3 years by know - think it will be another year or 2 before I buy gems again.
This is shockingly bad! I can't believe you allowed this totally unplayable unity version to go live! I remember being one of the first players to give feedback on the release of the test server version and to be honest none of the bugs have been fixed! What exactly is going on this simply is not fit for purpose. If you fixed the slow lagging it would help but this was the same as on the test server and now probably worse. The list of bugs is way too long to list and if any developer actually played this version they would surely of not allowed it to go live. Why the rush to release it when it clearly has a bucketful of issues and bugs that anyone could see? I have closed down my island and won't be back until a fix is made! Give us back the client version before you lose us all!!!
I was laughing my way through test considering how hilariously bad it was. Somehow Live managed to get even worse! And suddenly it's not as funny anymore. People got censored for pointing out no real improvements had been done to test in months. BB claimed they have made improvements to what will be put on Live.

WOW. on the german server they are up to 64 pages of complaints.... 64 PAGES. And that is just one thread that I looked at. I am sure there is a licensing issue/costs which is why they moved forward with this many problems but the noise on the german forum is deafening. Fingers crossed they allow us to use the client until the core issues are resolved on Unity.

Mail - no indication of read/unread. Select a mail, context menu, mark as unread - no visual change apart from being able to do context... mark as read :D

Yes I am finding ALL the bugs on test Unity, which were documented on a post months ago, are on the live one, they havent done anything at all, although BB said it would be different.

Germans have kicked up a massive fuss so hopefully maintenance upgrades will be planned everyday.
Yes, I'm following the rage on German forum but back to you post...even if there were daily upgrades - btw. who do you think will "play" this unplayable S.H.|.T. + daily downtime!? - what do you think they could do in a day or a week when bugs (not a small ones) reported months ago are still implemented on live server today?

I am just sorry for all those who purchased gems during last event(s), bought e.g. gem pits and other stuff and will have no way to spend it / use it / have fun with it.
So far: - slow to load, unable to use chat, buildings do not show how long left before the next cycle so can't plan best time to place buffs, pfb buff is not registering on Explorers even though I still have 3 days left so they take the normal time to return rather than the accelerated benefit from PFB.. Not even tried adventures yet.
I did. Attacks never end. Until you leave adventure to your island and back to adventure. Fortunately the attack finish successfuly even with blocks.
The sad part is you cant zoom out as much as before. So some block attacks must be done with moving the map to find the correct camp and attack it. Jesus ...

The latin server had a update as well today was meant to fix the issues they reported as soon as they was used as the test dummies last week but even they are saying with the update today nothing was fixed same bugs and glitches can not even imagine the incompetence as is no other word for it knowing full well the bugs this had and still does you would release it to the entire player base ..give it a couple weeks we will find the game gone either because no one can play or we get an announcement stating we tried our best but alas we could not fix the game so will close it like anno
Whats with the constant chat server reset then followed by inti zone failed if i leave the page for more then a minute it happens every time getting very tired of this very fast now and where is our BB throughout the day well he aint been around her for sure
The game is VERY laggy, nearly unplayable.
1.
BB should focus on fixing the LAG and overall slowlyness as priority 1, to keep players interested in this game.
2.
Star menu is slow (related to the lag?). Clicking a specialist in star activate the building underneath it
3.
Trade: To much pace used on the frame around the icon showing which resource is for trade, allowing only 3-4 lines to be shown at a time.
Should also be able to scale up the window? Or at least make trade window larger.
Trade still "freeze" and cant put up new trades because of spinning timeglass
To much space used on frames around resource icon in all menus throughout trade, with the result of less lines/columns can fit in. In general all parts of the trade windows should bee made larger for ease of use (Or scalable windows, remember user perferences?)
4.Chat:
Times are shown as AM/PM in the very bugged chat
Chat resets frequently. Chat was empty a long time after starting the game, before any historical chat was shown.
5. I get repeated zone refreshes frequently
6. Floating residence level 7 look smashed and stretched (Looks like before at level 5-6)
7. Mail
Inbox is empty
Outbox is not empty, but only one page of mails caan be shown (Page buttons missing)
8. Scrollwheel interaction
In menus and chat, the game seem to ignore some movement on scrollwheel for a moment every now and then before catching up (Stopping for a break while the user is scrolling constantly)
...And much, much more...
I find that post on main page "Unity is Live!" quite amusing, as it should more properly read "TSO is Dead!" :)

Mail not loading, waited 10 minutes, restarted, still not loaded.
As well as many of the above (chat not working, deposits not showing amount remaining, new deposits not showing at all, taking forever to send sepcialists etc etc), my mail also seems to have disappeared. My outbox still shows all mail but nothing in inbox, not even today's gq reward. So all my attack guides for various adventures now lost. Thanks BB. Why has this been allowed to go live? These bugs and the achingly slow lag have been well documented in test server. Is there not on single developer who tried the game out on a regular laptop??? This is farcical and highly unprofessional.
I don't think there is a need to copy anything like that from Test server. BB clearly do not bother about such reports. In fact they did not even start official bug report thread for Unity Live if I am not mistaken. Not to mention that even when they did bother about detailed reports on Test Server they still did not fix what was reported. Everything is just wild, nobody knows what they are doing. Chaos.
Game is unplayable. There is no chat. Takes ages to send out a general. When I select the type of adventure to send the general to the info window for the building that is in the background opens. Mails are unreadable. The numbers that would indicate the amount of resources in mines don't show up, so impossible to know which one to buff. Dialogues are so ugly, welcome back to 1980. Map is loading so slowly, unacceptable. In trade, the amount selector is not pre-selected, etc, etc, ...
Lots of problems going on, I'm seeing the same sorts of things reported in this thread. Excelsior works well but too many other defects have been introduced.
These all pile up to suck the fun and relaxation out of the game, the main reasons for being here.
This is by far the absolutely worst release I have ever seen of anything! I am utterly surprised that you would release this kind of crappy software. The developers should be ashamed making such a poor release, and the QA/bosses should be even more ashamed.
Bug report: Just try open the game, and you are flooded with things that are completely broken.
There is absolutely no reason to report bugs from us guinea pigs at this state in the development. Just about everything that are currently made (and not made) are to be reported.

Aside from your remarks to get any structured data. Please note that the adobe flash version and the client version did load and were playable. I'm on the Northisle and there nothing is loading without having a lot of error messages. I tried on Chrome, Edge, Opera and firefox. None were playable. Are there instances that do work?

It does load for me (using Opera), but very very slowly, 5+ minutes for all the buildings to show up and scrolling around it's loading each new tile from scratch it seems. My mail does show, but bulk collecting resources don't work, the option to select where to send it doesn't show so nothing is done. Collection from each mail can be done by scrolling down to select star or warehouse but it's painfully slow, everything is just intolerably slow. I can log in and send a few explorers and 30 minutes have passed and I just give up and close it since it's also eating up ALL my RAM. The Flash version used a lot of ram too, but at least it was pretty responsive, performance on this version is beyond a joke and releasing it live is an insult.
Look on the bright side - Excelsior is working properly again :)
I am very disappointed with the new version. It loads slowly, it looks horrible. Moving graphics on the screen e.g. 'ZZs' when workers are paused, are jiggling all the time. It hurst my eyes! Nothing I try to do runs smoothly. Please give us back the interim version, in fact I wouldn't mind using that permanently if this is the best that can be achieved. I think I will stop playing temporarily and take another look in a week or two to see if anything has been fixed.
In addition to everything else. When explorer finds a new deposit, the deposit doesn't show unless you mouse over it, so now you have to mouse over every location so you can see where to build the mine.
EDIT1 - Clicked on an explorer in star menu, mayors house info panel opens up instead. Won't close clicking on the 'x'. Have to restart the game.
EDIT2 - In 10 mins I have 2 'Out of Memory' crashes on my high-end gaming desktop. This is the only program to ever give me OOM on this computer and I run a lot more complex things than this!

a little update from the chat, as I want to share the feedback with everyone.
Today we are working flat out to check (and eliminate) errors.
We also hold discussions about what would be most advisable now. Since I don't want to make any promises about anything here, I can only say "Please be patient, I'll post a little more later".
Some tips that currently help to play at least a little.
1.
Turn off animals and animations in the settings 2. The star menu creates a few lags, if possible you should only leave it open for activities, then close it and not keep it open all the time
3. Open the star menu preferably over a free area on your island or over the sea, because currently you otherwise click "through" the menu and land on the buildings in the background

Let's cut the community managers some slack. At end of the day it isn't their fault; they are left to pick up the flak. The people at fault are the developers or more so whoever in management decided to chuck it onto the live servers after all the feedback on test2.
There are so many bugs/coding errors in the current system that BB either pull Unity and rollback, or delete the game, or leave this running and watch the game die as they try to patch it up
