TSO Survey...

The things that BB really needs to know are already here, in our Bugs and Suggestions threads. I completed the whole survey. The first thing that put my nose out of joint was no "Australia" in the options. However I kept going. Even if you finished the survey guys, it was more about how you "feel" towards the game than specific game mechanics or game issues. I would have really liked to say that at level 42, there is nothing immediately to look forward to or achieve. No point to make titanium smelter or anything else. Everything gets suddenly exponentially more expensive to do. There was no opportunity to give suggestions. A waste of my time and BB's too.

Yeah, I have to agree with previous posters when they say this survey isn't really about TSO at all, but about your gaming habits and how much money they think they might be able to screw out of you for their 'F2P' game.

BB asked how satisfied I was with various aspects of the game but gave me no opportunity to expand upon or explain my answers, like why I'm really unsatisfied with the support system. I don't care about the sound and music, I want a game that's relatively bug free (at least an end to the flippin' quest bugs which have already been fixed on test), one where I don't have to click a million times to optimise a production chain (or have the optimisation so finely balanced that's it's nigh on impossible to achieve *coughs*ironandsteel*coughs*) and one that, for once, really is F2P. When I sat and thought about how much real life money has been spent on my game, it made me balk a little. Far more than I spend on subscription MMORPG's, and more than all my PC games added together - including all my Sims 3 guff!

I'm level 50 and I'm growing bored. I've asked my buff partner to stop buffing me. I'll log in every day to keep my bonuses activated but other than that....there's not much left to do. Except find a way to get rid of this sour taste in my mouth left at the thought of all the money that's been sunk into my game for nothing, which would have paid for the new laptop I desperately need twice over.

Looking down the general part of the forum just on the first page alone I can see 3 threads about voucher codes which are not merged.... So its only complaints that are merged to make it look like there really is not a lot, great logic.

As to not go off topic... regarding the survery it sounds like BB are not actually interested in what we think of the game at all it seems a plan to gather gamer personal habits so they can better make money out of us. Why does it matter how old I am or what country I am from? what has that got to do with how well I think you have fixed bugs and added new content.

Agree this is a marketing survey, nothing more. Most surveys pertaining to look for specific feedback rarely ask the questions they really need to be asking, rather they only give the option of answers they want to hear. I'm sure there are players who could write a far more revealing survey about this game and BB's current game management which would be far more useful ;)

I would suggest we run a survey to find out what BB thinks of us, but we already know what the response to that would be.

Hereby declared THE MOST STUPID AND MOST ANNOYING AND MOST USELESS SURVEY OF ALL TIMES!!!

At least have the decency if indicating why we don't belong to the target group after wasting our time.

Survey is nothing to do with TSO. What I think happened.
A company who collects data asked TSO if they could post a survey to collect data about what ever it is they are collecting data about, and at the same time we have give that company all are contact details, and TSO look like they care about what we have to say.

TSO have paid a company to do a survey, but not for anything useful, but rather to see how many people play/check website and are human and not bots.

Either way the survey had nothing to do with the game and was a waste of time.

Spent ten minutes completing the survey.

Clicked the last question ... and boom ...

Was told my survey was not of any use.

That will be the last time I waste my time in such a way.
