Surely starting a new thread each time you want something read makes it harder for BB to read because there are a million threads to follow?

Same topic, both complaints about the same thing, makes sense to merge these

I do not know if the survery is broken but I got to the page where it asked me what games I had played recenlty I only ticked "on a console" and "on a tablet" as I assumed it was common sense I played Settlers so did not need to tick "free to play online" which I thought meant other online games but it seems because I did not tick that box it gave me the message to say

"Thank you for participating in this study.
Unfortunately you are not eligible for this particular study.
However we appreciate that you took the time to participate.
We look forward to inviting you to a future study."

Truely disapointed BB really let me down as I was looking forward to filling in the survery, reading other posts it seems others are in the same boat. Why am I not eligible?

I started the survey and got 40% in, I wasn't asked any questions about TSO, I was asked about my gaming habits and how much I spend. Despite selecting the "I live in the UK" option all monetary answers were requested in Euros. I have never, nor will I unless the UK adopts the Euro as its currency, spend a single euro on a game. I gave up at this point, I fail to see asking how much time/money in a foreign currency I spend playing on games consoles has to do with improving TSO.

Completely misleading and badly designed survey. Bit like TSO events.

I would like to know if this happens in half of survey that you dont get the chance to reach finish, how much of quality opinions will BB get from players. I think not much

i did the full survey and dang what a joke... i know i checked that im not allowed to tell what it says but come on BB why do u need to know how much time i use on facebook?

i wanted to do the survey to give u some feedback on TSO and that was almost the only thing i wasnt asked to tell u about.

and the lack of options to really tell what we think of the game and how we feel it could be better was just breath taking.... but i got a nice 5 page with check box "i like" "i like a little less" "i dont care" and "i dislike somewhat" "and i really hate" then a thanks and [ go away ] kinda ending

Yep, I'm exactly the same, gave up when I saw that all what they have asked is personal information and money related issues. Its not seems like improving TSO survey at all.

Edit: After talking with a friend that completed this survey I'm feeling deceived from a sentence like 'give us feedback on how the game is going and what we can improve on'. This survey is NOT about that.
