Sandycove is not still up for me, I get the same frozen progress bar at loading page and it just sits there indefinitely until I decide to go away.

Hi guys , I cant load game ( on any computer) playing sandycove, is the server down. I have cleared cache,restarted,tried different computers, please help :)
I was kicked out with a "sever call fail" not been able to log back in since :( I just hope i don't lose my 100 gems, they were due today
No word on the timescale of a fix? Can anyone from BB comment on wether it will be done in next couple of hours?

Game went down last night and couldn't get back in for over an hour (so gave up)...
Couldn't get in today (and couldn't get on forums).... Can obviously get on forums now so will try the game...
Chronic lag in the game (and yes, I have emptied cache etc). THe problem is your game not my computer....
Since we've left beta, it seems to be issue after issue after issue...
What is going on at BB HQ? A once brilliant game is full of issues, bugs, stupid decisions, etc....
I fear for the future of the game...

Ok last year we had Halloween event BUTDo you really Know if the server can take all this?
- we didn't have to kill golems
- it wasn't a server event
- and now your throwing premium time and collectibles etc into the mix
as im now going to be expecting the servers to crash again anytime soon as nobody has even said anything or apologized etc for the problems or even explained what is going on.
Let me guess gremlins been eating the wires?

I can't agree more to some kind of transparency. I invested lots of money, and others invested loads of time and aspiration. It would seem fair for BB to come clean to us and not exploit our loyalty to the brand.
Pehaps it's time for some of that award winning community relations? I think we can forgive a few technical problems. It's the continuous lack of explanation and apology that irks me.
This time (last hour) I think BB accidentally took all servers down when only testserver was to be given maintenance..
Earlier this night login servers stopped working - if you logged out, you couldn't log in again.

Just sometimes it feels like trying to "get blood out a stone" if that's the phrase i'm thinking of regarding getting information about whats going on in BB HQ
Lulu, echoing my exact same fears. Too much being bolted on when older bugs are still in existence. I again ask for a cleanup of what we have currently, before anything else gets added, lets get the thing stable first.
Also, the Test server is not serving its original purpose of catching bugs before they go live. It's now just a playground, and horrendous bugs are ignored and allowed to come to the live servers.
The only 'test' is the occasional 'load-balancing', and even that is not a real test of real world activity, hence we continue to be plagued with lag.
So I presume some sort of compensation will be put in place. Many people (like myself) lost hours of premium time and because the major outage started some 2 and half hours before the end that day's log in bonus and corrected itself hours after the log in reset, they were reset to day 1. This is not acceptable and needs to be addressed with more than platitudes of "we are looking into it"
im in northisle same still having issues logging in now when i have friends in there
+1 from me. Loss of premium time plus gold chain running without buffs for 4 hours makes for a lot of very unhappy players. Especially when you live in Australia and the server outage started at 9:30am, just when we are about to start the morning buff plus rebuild cycle.
Hopefully BB have a 4-hour Premium Coin buff that can be given out, plus a nice 4x buff to compensate for lost coin production. When people are paying gems for premium time and gold refills, it's not ok for them to go to waste.

Getting a lot of problems today... chat server dropping out and then back... game connection falling every few minutes... not good
I am having problems unloading generals at the clever little tailor had to log out and in again twice to get them unloaded.. Plus game keeps crashing :((
same here....
same here... took several attempts to log in this afternoon, game would not load. Was not much better this morning - took 1-4 attempts getting buffs to work, which is a massive pain when you have over 200 to put on:(
-software/browser etc is up to date. It's not my internet connection either as everything else works fine.
Today was lagging and chat crash many times. I know for sure that is the game and not my internet.. and well i am under premium.. so we should get something because of this issue
I have had serious problems on Sandycove this afternoon, hopeless to get anything done.
Made a browser refresh and now seems to be stucked in login queue. (Same about login to testserver.)
Nobody has been able to get into the test server since they did maintenance on it last night the whole site is down that will probably get fixed once BB is back at work on monday :(
Maybe somebody hacked to their servers ...
I am currently trying to log into Sandy but taking ages. Anybody else managed to get in there?
