Guys, I understand you're frustrated, but this thread is here to allow players to communicate any issues they might still be having. So please, let's keep it at that. Banksie, support are not having a laugh. They simply want to know if you are still having issues, which is their job. If you are, please let them know and you can also post in here letting me know.

I'm having issues. Logs in then imediately throws me back out. Have made approx 6 attemps. Will have another go then will give up. Please advise where I apply for a refund of gems bought but not used. What's the point in a game you can't access. This is a weekly issue!
For info, repeated message is Server Call Failed
this morning I was able to login, and NOT lose my daily logins so I got my 100 Gems :)

Able to log in though a little slow. Lost my daily log in reward though.

current time is 14:48 GMT/BST.
unable to log in, main page is just displaying a white box with no txt or log-in field. no access to forum or any links (only was able to get here via browser history)
have tried resetting PC/Mdem?routers etc etc, cleared browser cache/history blah blah, and still,all i see at loging page is a big white box and unable to continue !!!!

All day I've been unable to get in. I log in, Loading map then 'Connection to server lost, please click ok to refresh your client' I've deleted history, used link above nothing gets me in. Great start to a new event, can't send explorers or do quests... and to add insult to injury your trying to sell gems for a game I can't access!
I'm on IE by the way at work. hope Chrome works when I get home.
Another 2 attemps, another 2 failures... and yes I've tried Ctrl F5, cashe clear, etc, etc, etc, ......

Got on using Chrome at home but IE at work and still cannot connect. Same as yesterday. 'Loading map then 'Connection to server lost, please click ok to refresh your client'
You will have many users on IE but still no word on what happened, why and when it will be fixed? Communication is a wonderful thing, try it!
Internet Explorer 10 and 11 are working fine for me, so I don't think it is a global Internet Explorer issue.
I see you already cleared your cache etc,etc so that should be covered. Since I know of no other things to try at this point, I have to ask you to check out How to clear cookies to see if you might have missed a step.
If it is possible try to install chrome at work to see if you can load the game in there?
Might it be possible that your work introduced additional restrictions on internet use, which might be preventing the game from actually loading?

See, told you communication was a wonderful thing. I believe the version of IE at work is 8 so that might explain it. I had done cookies along with cashe, that was the etc, lol. I have played Settlers at work for a long time before this issue so it is not restrictions at work as I checked, however I cannot install Chrome. I will raise a ticket to see if lesser versions of IE will be supported again. Thanks for the response Fexno.

Hmm normally this message is very typical a case for clearing cache. I see you use firefox, are you certain you cleared everything and not just the cache and cookies for the last few hours? Check my howto if you are not sure what I mean
Hello since yesterday I have this issue with the game, I log in then when the game starts loading the map it freezes. I can't do anything, move or zoom... no buildings are displayed either. But I can click on the different tabs : building menu, economy, trade office and chat so on.
I have updated chrome, firefox and flash player still no changes even after cache cleared.
So if anyone can help me fix that issue.
I can log in ok but after pressing blue play now button the screen just goes white and i cant get into my game... please help
