I was ok with the unity update, I didn't do much in the game after that update but only keeping my island running and after the last update I cannot move to an adventure... I am getting an error
" an error occurred running the Unity content on this page. See your browser JavaScript console for more info. The error was: Uncaught RangeError: Maximum call stack size exceeded."
cleared memory restart tried chrome explorer mozila all browsers give me the same error... and we start an event that you need to run adventures on Monday.
Great update.
Till today i was at least able to log in. Now all I get is an error saying "Server zone crashed. An error was detected on this zone. Please try again."
Any (hot) fix for that?
As MpiMpas, I can't access to any addie, with the same message...
I have just been locked out of my account. It happened while swapping buffs with a player from my guild, Suddenly I get the message "Server Zone crashed" and "An error was detected on this zone. Please try again".
When I try to start the game it gives me the same message as above.
The same thing happened to another guildie - Jcooper - this morning.
Please take care of this and fix it immediately. It is unacceptable to be locked out of my account because of your technical difficulties.
Just a funny bug: Settlers look the same when they walk to the storehouse and when they walk back.
Maybe they are returning the stuff they were just delivering. Fishes, water, etc are brought back tot the houses.... ;-)

I clicked a link in another webpage that said to leave feedback here, and it opened a new tab that brought me here to leave my feedback. Now you want me to click another link that opens yet another webpage in yet another tab to search for a thread to report my bug that I have just posted here.
Where else should we report our bugs so you get your complaints in triplicate?
I also have these mentioned bugs: can't visit adv and friends, love tree etc not working etc.
Although these new bugs are very unfortunate especially just before an event I have to say that my map loads faster now and also sending explorers and geos is faster so something was good in the update.
So credits to the dev team for the good stuff!

Usually the "fix" is a post event mail with goodies that they think we missed out on and a cookie
When moving something from mail (e.g. found adventure and geologist findings) to home or star storage I get the message that storage is full - even for adventures!
How the f*** can star storage be full?
So put that on your list of things to ignore.

Looks like the 'update' has gone horribly wrong - I would suggest two immediate actions:-
1. A very public apology - stick it up on the front page as you would any 'update news'
2. Roll back to the build before the last update. Whilst it had flaws, they were to some extent managable. Do so immediately, not next week or next 'update' day. This would actually be a positive action as a recognition that a serious failure has occurred and a 'remedy' applied.
As above. The fact that the last two updates are by far the worst BB has ever inflicted upon those players still struggling to find some enjoyment in the game.
Why is there no post on the main screen - Game has major issues that we have been made aware of because of the last update, and we have scheduled another hotfix for Monday.
It is shit that we have to dig through forum posts to find any news. Other games are open and honest - they have top line messages up where issues have been discovered in an update and when the fix is being scheduled, so all players can see the the developers are aware of the new issue(s) and are working to fix it.
And a fix on Monday - how much time does that give us to confirm that all the broken items needed before the event are fixed and give appropriate feedback? Guess - None - so where by 12:00 on Monday then the fix is applied and the event is running we all turn around and say these are still not working, you have already let the event be triggered. When is the fix going onto the test server? Today, Tomorrow? Sunday? And how do we feedback that event still cannot go ahead if there are still show stoppers present?
With each update, new corruptions appear in the game. Instead of getting better, it gets worse. Do they want us to quit the game?

Even the apologies are given are just empty words in my book , as a true apology means you have made a mistake, learnt from it and work to not repeat it .... Hmm why don't you reflect on that BB?

Another big bug (I lost the numbering): Invitations sent to adventures are not received. If reloading the game, the invitations disapear. Re-sending them has no effect whatsoever.

maybe a detailed bug report is needed to show that detailed bug reports are not being seen (or being ignored) by the developers.
Having one dedicated thread for an issue where players can report it is the best way to do it, simply because anyone can see the thread and submit their report. It is also easier for me/you as I can share updates on the issue and everyone involved can see it in one place. Based on the reports, the developer team can collect data from a wider range of accounts (who reported it) and find a solution. Reporting all over the forum, in different places, doesn't help.
This is why we separate the Feedback threads from Bug Reports threads.
If you guys ruined our last days before the event, can you at least release the dev diary today? So at least we have something to look at

Oh dear, this was what I was afraid of. I see we have drifted into Non answers, did you read what you actually replied to?
The point that is being raised ( yet again, and I mean over several YEARS ) Is why you have bug reports/threads for bugs/ feedback threads for both the Test server and live and yet appear to completely ignore what is being said? We don't understand how this can be happening... it simply does not make sense.
How is it possible for bugs to be found and reported by players from test to get to live? This should not happen, there are no feasible reasons for this to happen, ok maybe once or twice, but hundreds of times. Is it no wonder those players making the effort to help your developers make a bug free game are getting the impression that they are being ignored and are wasting their time.
Then when these bugs get to live you get pages of bug reports and negative feedback and you still plough on with your own agenda of game `improvements' and leave the MAJOR bugs effecting the game un-addressed. ( And no update information on those MAJOR bugs like you claim to be doing in the above statement ).
To add insult to injury it takes 6 weeks to put an update together, again with little testing and addressing concerns from the bugs then found, let alone ignoring the hope of the players that the update will progress the MAJOR problems with the game. ( Where was that sharing of update information you say you want to do ? A change log after five weeks does not count as keeping players updated) And then Bugs reported and not, were thrown once again into live and made the game worse not better, requiring hot fixes which did nothing to improve anything and continue to break even more things!!!
Let me make it simple for you. We are players, we want to play a game. You are game producers you get paid to make a game that players want to spend time with and maybe pay for that pleasure. It is not for the players to fix things you break, learn to program the game and put some bloody effort into it.:mad:

I'm wasting the gems = real money spent on Premium when I can't do adventures which will expire soon anyway. Would like some compensation for that WHEN things improve.

yes,
do they react the way you want, no: they mostly duck and keep low
will they do something once stuff gets fixed enough: yes- but most likely be a handout to all so not really compensation for the ones most affected
LOL, I got access this morning and now I am locked out again....
On a more serious note I think we have found the reason - or at least an indicator. The guildie who buffed me when it happened the first time says it happended right when he applied soups on epics. He says it was the same thing (as in when he applied soups on epics) when JCooper was locked out.
Well, I got in again this morning and now when I myself applied soups my account jammed and I am locked out again... I also buffed with soups this morning and nothing happened then so I thought I was safe when doing it myself.
Anyway, I would have caution buffing epics.
I think u might be onto something. I was buffing epics with soup too, when this happened (altho it worked earlier in the morning). But if i remember it right, one time it happened when using stop buff on adv toolmaker. Can't remember if i used stop buff on epics too before applying soup.
If im gonna be able to log back in tomorrow, i better avoid using these buffs :P
I used stop buffs before applying soups in the afternoon so that would make sense
Traffer why is it that some people can play the old client (with a work around) as it was and have no problems? and the rest of us using unity have nothing but problems with unplayable game. what happens to these players when client is shut, as we were told client was shut.
simple, people retire and game gets junked- i mean, once it gets to tumbleweed town, BB wont sink money in it anymore and that will be that.
So it is a question of will they manage to fix it enough to not get the mass exodus getting to that point in time or not. If they don't, then working client or not doesnt matter either- when servers are below a minimum lvl they will not recover- server mergers (with its own set of problems) might postpone it but i don't think they will even bother with that if they cant manage to iron out the "small" issues with unity :p

I am not able to drop water on a golem. Golem is standing but at zero, the selector to add the water does not open, rather goes straight to zero screen.

We are aware of the issue with the "Locked Zone" and a hotfix is coming - we will publish the schedule soon.
For now, please don't use Love Garden.
We are also looking at other issues that have been reported, such as adventure invitations or Love Garden.
We will keep you informed.
