my island being on newfoundland, and i cant log into the game, tells me to clear the cache, wich i did, still not working
Edit: just got in, finaly :p
2nd edit: when i got into game, was missing some textures and game kept saying unable to load a data file
Yup same for me Dema, I have cleared cache and tried different browsers and restarted laptop - no joy getting in :(

I cant loggin in northisle and also dont know what catch is. Using Linux. All other pages works good, exept TSO.
Now seem to work, but it dont :(
Can't start the game either, was told to clear cache and did also delete cookies, but it still leaves a blank screen when loading. :(
EDIT: After refreshing a lot it suddenly loaded. *sigh*

Blank screen when I log in. I already went thru all troubleshoot options. Just started playing second time I log in... now just blank screen. How do I contact game support?

I Cant build copper mines. Can build everything else. Too scared to refresh after seeing this post...what to do.
I logged in succesfully myself, and the most recent report was over an hour ago.
If I would be having your issue I would risk it. However it sometimes works to visit a friend and the go back to your home island so you can try that first
Tried that, didnt work. But I waited a while and refreshed. All good now, looks like the issue is gone. Dont see any1 complaining about it any more :D Thanks for the advice tho ;)
