The same happend to me. But it just took some time, maybe 30 minutes and then I had the gems. :)
I wanted buy mobile packeges, but I haven't got any code to send.
Can't spend money, capitalism crashed. :)

Problem solved, the code I had to sent was CODE. Lol!!! :))))))))))))

I have had the same problem.
Same thing happened to me so I tried again because I thought I have entered wrong card info, but nope. Transaction was authorised so I have payed twice now, so now BB owes me 66k gems.............. :-( Have contacted support but apparently they are not there before monday 11am...... :-(Quote:

i did , ty. they said payment was declined by the bank but the payment was pending and the money will be back in my account within 5 working days, stupid or what!!! they got my money but no gems

I had same problem, turned out to be pop up blocker on browser.
At least you still got your money :)
I was trying to buy some during this discount and got declined with my credit card and paypal.
So I've gave up.
But than I've got a message from my bank that they did take the money though I'm still waiting for the gems to show up.
Sent the whole thing to support but haven't heard a pip from them yet.
Let's see how this little debacle will turn out :)
