It has been 2 weeks now that Sandycove have been un-playable, basically.
BB has not deemed necessary to communicate, let alone apologise.
Players are more than fed up, and have started leaving.

Hopeless. First glance tells me: their last entries on social media are several years old, so they are unlikely to even monitor any feedback there. The website does not contain any interactive elements beyond the mandatory email in the imprint ( bluebyte@ubisoft.com). Ubisoft is in turmoil, the share price plummeted, the owners are battling for control and they are axing employees. Their announcement to turn the company around and "listen to the players" seemingly never had any followup either, so the only hope I have is new ownership trying to breathe life back into the company.

It is absolutely time to let them know how we feel, being silent is not ok when Sandycove and Goldenau have had such massive problems the last 2 weeks as we have had.
Several tickets has been sent, threads has been made on this forum and DSO forum, some has sent personal message to BB staff all leading to no response.

BB have done nothing and will continue to do so. The last original idea they had switching to Ubi did not turn out well

We are doomed here :/, I just try to login and catch daily rewards and not even trying to play cause hammerman, disconnection getting on me in a minute or few. It's just sad that we players are left here alone.

The lack of new levels or any content of significance not just a reskinned general or building speaks volumes too.

Really would like to play normally dear BB, please make it happen, thanks in advance!

BB, it's like you're playing a game of hide and seek with us. Except, we're not having fun. We're just getting frustrated.

Seriously don't think they have the personnel to fix these problems in a timely manner. Sounds like there's been problems in 2 consecutive events now but apparently it's still ok for 75% of your server. BB German servers rarely have probs but they have also been experiencing similar errors.
Many years ago they had a BB rep for every server or Country, was a while back, now maybe they have 3 or 4 for everything!

Why do you expect them to throw the same resources into a 14 year old game as when it was 4 years old. Reality is, support and development will be stopped or limited long before they pull the plug - Time to sweat the software some and squeeze the players

So regardless of the problems at Ubisoft, this was bound to happen anyway

My guess is that we are now in the last chapter of this game. They will shut it down at some point, and i feel it is not that far away, seeing the extremely poor condition of the game. I dont know how it is on other servers, other but i would assume it's the same across all

most other servers run on the whole fine

It is sandycove and a german one that are in the dolldrums without help


We just have no real new content or support but a working game
