Font size

I, as probably more people do, play on a full HD TV. The problem with this however is that text gets very small and is nearly unreadable because I am 10 feet away from my tv and not 2 feet like I would with a normal monitor on a desk.
Is there any way to implement an option for increased font size? say 125% - 150%?

The chat window font size is the most important imo, being able to change that to a bigger size would, in my case, solve the problem for the most part
