Using Firefox,
i had 2 buildings in queue, then placed a barracks.
That worked, but in maybe 3 seconds, the barracks was removed from the queue and the square indication where it should be built also disappeared. (Then it also said I could not build more of those buildings.)
I relogged, and tada my barracks are now building on the place I first placed it without me doing anything.
