When I try to log in sometimes, the screen is flashing and nothing happens :S Trying to refresh, log out then in, etc

Hi,

Try to empty your cache and cookies and then reload the game. If you keep on having this problem, send a ticket to BB_Ian at Support.

Further information on this, I have noticed I get my friends flashing and it doesn't load the screen fully when I leave it loading in the background while on another tab (using chrome). Not sure if this provides any further light on the problem.
