Problem:
I have a building stuck at 100% in the building queue. I can still move other buildings in the queue up and down, but I cannot do anything else with the building that's stuck at 100%, including removing it.

Cause:
At about 99% or 100% I clicked the up arrow of another building, causing it to queue up before the building that was already finished. Usually when a building is being constructed you shouldn't be able to queue anything above the building currently in construction. How I managed to do it.. I don't know.

Solutions:
I tried re-logging, adding and removing different buildings in the queue and stared at my screen for a while. Nothing seemed to work :P
