I type in my UN/PW + The man with the hammer appears + it says "please wait" but doesnt log in any further than this.
Tried clearing my cache, no change.
Using firefox + was working fine the first time i logged in.

Hi,
Make sure you also empty your cookies, update your version of flash and check if anything is blocking the use of flash on your web-broser.

Tried those things, didnt work.
Alternativly when I attempt to visit any of your websites, occasionally I get a "Database Error" screen.
And as for contacting Ian via support - I need to log in to do that via the website... which is the problem in the first place.
any change you are logged in on an other machine?
