Good question, i haven't seen it yet so i do not think it's possible.
yes i thit sumting wrong and i dont want to start a hole new account so i hope i can reset me account
this is a pretty common question ingame, and so far the answer seems to be no.
Not possible. if you want to redo you town, you have to demolish your buildings and continue from there.
But maybe someone else knows
oke then i will remove all me buildings
and try that i just buils everting to far a way and not looking nice ;-)

no not jet the devs are not that fast ;-)
As far as I am aware you cannot have a reset but they will delete the account and you restart again
It is only 10 minutes since you sent mail
