Guild member "disappeared"

Hello to everybody,
this morning I had a problem with one of my guildmates. He decided to reset his account, so he restarted from level 1 and exited automatically from the guild; the problem is that now in my guild management panel, his name disappeared from the member list (as I expected), but his slot is still occupied, so now I have a guild with 22 live members and a ghost.... I tried to reinvite him, but the system says me that the guild is full....
Could someone help me, please?

Hi Lorenzo75,

Have you tried to empty your cache and cookies? Otherwise, I think you're going to have to contact support about this as I've never heard of this issue before.

Yes, it was the first thing I tried, but the "ghost" is still present.
Ok, I'm going to contact the support team for the help.
