We had that too, right after the maintenance. Before that it was fine. The workaround we used was to make sure all guild members are on your friends list, and make sure that tab is highlighted. Apparently they plan to fix it with the next update on the 16th.

It's really annoying.
I hope that they will fix the bug whit the next update.
