Buying the settlers went fine. The issue began when I tried to add the 25 population to the mayor house. Nothing happened for 5 minutes of waiting so i decided to refresh and when i returned the 25 settlers had gone along with the gems so i cannot continue. I also heard after chat that another person bugged out on adding the reward from that quest (10 settlers).
Is there a way to resolve this to continue with the main quest line?
