Camps not loosing troops after attacks?

Seems to me there is a bug where bandit camps does not loose their troops as they should when you attack and loose the battle.

    What happened was this:

I attacked Metal Tooth in sector 8 with 150R and 50M, expecting to loose but take out a lot of his troops. I lost as expected, killing a majority of his troops. But when I looked at the camp he was back at full strenght with the same number of troops as before my initial attack.

I sent in the second attack, hoping it was a display bug or something, but was not that lucky

The second attack also lost, but this time some of the troops I killed where gone after. But not all.

This was really annoying, instead of winning a sector as I should I lost 430 troops for nothing

Metal Toothed is quite a difficult leader to do due to the setup of his troops. I've just plugged your 150R 50M into a combat simulator and there is no chance that you could have killed any of them: Link to combat simulator

You need to sacrifice some Cavalry in order to remove some of the rangers (which do most of the damage) and then the second wave you take out the remaining troops and Metal Toothed. Optimum wave setup is

    1: 105R 95C (all lost) 2: 95R 25C 120LB (63R ~ 93R)
    or
    1: 105R 95C (all lost) 2: 90R + 30M + 20C + 60LB (90R 8M ~ 90R 28M)

Ok, I see what you are saying. But when I looked at the battle replay I saw my troops kill a lot of his troops. What you are saying is that what I saw does not accurately show what happened and that my troops got wiped without killing any of his troops?

The second attack did have some cavalry, and did indeed remove many archers.

So watching the battle reports are a waste of time then?

The battle reports are in my experience always accurate
Are you sure you killed a lot of his troops? Because it sounds like you only damaged Metal Tooth, and did not kill any of his troops?
