when i open the game ,it doesnt connect to help, chat and trade...everything else work in game.....have anyone tryed that and what may be the course/solution??

Try clearing your web browser cache.
If that doesn't work, contact support by clicking here. Make sure you give them a detailed report of your problem.

This is a pretty common problem - sometimes you can watch chat and trade disappear and the yellow news section will appear saying the chat server is not available.
It would appear that chat and the game are run on separate server connections and the chat section needs a constant connection whereas the game seems to have a buffer so it is not quite so crucial on retaining the connection.
I personally just put up with the chat disappearing and the endless server call failures - everything else in my browser works ok, so either wait for it to come back - chat does or if I'm feeling narked will refresh the page . . .
