Unable to begin the game

As usual I open my firefox and open the settlers online window, but I found out that after a while the window is still a pure blank, nothing is loaded and stuck right there. Occasionally it would be loaded and when everything seems fine, a small chat box just pop out telling me that some data file cannot be loaded and ask me to delete cache and try again. I tried deleting cache, cookies, logging out and in, and even tried using Chrome to open the game but all those trying are in vain. Please help me with this situation.

I have several suggestion which might work.
1 Clean your hard drive. I've found a combination of the Windows disk cleaner and CCleaner to be very effective for this. Warning make a note of all the passwords you use as the system will forget them when doing this.
2 Defrag your drive.
3 Empty your Prefetch folder.
4 Empty C:\Documents and Settings\YOUR WINDOWS ACCOUNT NAME\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects. Warning make a note of all passwords first.
5 Try a Registry fixer. Warning back up your registry first, if you do the wrong thing here you will need to re-install window.

same thing happens to me... all too regularly. about time BB put a bit more effort in, instead of always giving the same old answers... of course its just buck passing
