No chat available and building queue system

For a few days now my chat fluctuates. Sometimes there is no chat at all and some days i get about 5 mins of chat. But if I want to chat i have to log back in. Is there a better way of reloading chat?

Also my building queue when I want to build new mines, fields and wells is very erratic. It can take an age to come up and sometimes the building disappear off the queue????

I have chat but I can't type in any text. So I see the chats but I can't answer it
