Is the server table bugged
Over the last 6 hours I've been checking the server table to see how my server is doing. It seems to me that there are more and more servers getting very close to the 100% mark but not actually achieving the 100% mark. I can't believe a server would suddenly just give up when reaching 99.98% which leads me to wonder is there a bug preventing 100% being broken.
All servers that are not German have this "bug" wait to phase 2 you will see what I mean.
*this is just speculation* but wouldnt put it past BB.
The Germans have it too. Seems a server reaches 100%, gets an in-game notice and the "Donate Balloons" button is disabled but the graph doesn't update.

Well a few servers have reached 100% including some German. I wonder what the difference is with them
Those may have been the ones that suddenly reached it when BB reconfigured the requirements and updated the graph. I can't recall exactly how many there were but it doesn't look like many, if any, have made it since.
No, no server has achieved 100% on the table since BB changed the requirements. It is obviously bugged.

In the last 9 hours my server has improved by about 11.42% meanwhile the top server which was 0.02% short of the target has failed to move. From what I have observed the bug appears to be once you have passed the 98-99% completed.
