Different login

I'm using the same e-mail to log-in, I know it's the same because my browser remembered it. There is no one else in the house so nobody is tampering the computer - but still when I log-in I start from Level 1 again. I'm level 26 now and my username is zorandz. I have no idea on which server do I play since I started the game only a little more than few days ago.

Any help would be appreciated... it happened to me a while ago but later the problem resolved itself by itself.

I never made 2 accounts, I have only one acc. but yet the game messes with me.

What are we going to do?

There any chance you started over on the .net servers (American)?

There is someone with your exact username on the Ares server that started on the 26th
