yes there is you will be able 2 buy him when the FT adventures go live in servers

yep, available for 10k magic beanstalk at the test server.
Im pretty sure that BB will be announcing a new link once this goes live. Im also sure they will be very comprehensive about how to get not just this, but all the other new stuff too
At the moment, its all on test server, so nothing is set in stone as yet. Lets just hope that everything will be clarified as to how/what needs to be earned/gained/spent to get each item
