Unable to build My first Gold Mine

In the building que it says I am unable to build the gold mine because I don't have the supplies, but I do. What's up with that?

gold mine cost 1400 marble 1400 hwp and 1500 tools. you have 1132 hwp 1121 marble and 1016 tools. missing: 484 tools, 279 marble and 268 hwp as showed on picture.

you need 1400 hardwood planks, 1400 marble and 1500 tools to build a gold mine. The red numbers show how much you still need and not how much is needed.

Thanks for clearing that up for me. I thought it was displaying how much I needed not how much "more" I needed. Duh, my bad. lol
