browser window size

hi need some help if i am playing settlers the game is too small i dont mean the actual map as i can zoom in on that but the chat area etc its as of its zoomed out yet i cant zoom it in or out ..i have tried everything i can think of to get it to a normal size it used to be

It might be your browser zoom settings. From the top of my head I can only tell you how to check this in Chrome, but I'm pretty sure other browser will have similar functionality.
In Chrome you see a zoom indicator in your navigation bar if the page isn't showing at the normal zoom level
You can zoom in (or out) using the mouse scrollwheel while holding the CTRL+button.

and you zoom has no effect in firefox or waterfox ..the map can be zoomed no issues but the outer graphics that house the chat friends bar etc stays small
