CHANGES & IMPROVEMENTS
- Improvements to reduce the frequency of locked zones.
- The spawn chance of pumpkins among collectibles is increased.
- Collectible pumpkins will provide one to three pumpkins (Event Resource).
- General Lord Dracul does not take up building licenses.
