Blinking start tip.

Hello.

Intro:
The start tip that comes when you enter thesettlersonline are really helpfull and usefull.

With that saied.

Complain:
Why did you mess it up by making it blink?

I know it can be ment as attention to read it, but so flashy makes it hard to read and watch.

Suggestion:
1.Make it plain text again.
2.Make a useless !!! moving from side to side.
3.Make the letters appear and stand there as plain text without the blinking.
4.Make something else move around (NOT blink) to gain the attention.

Conclusion:
Thank you for your time and effort in making this a good game to play.
