Account problem

Hi i was just wondering if someone can help me i didnt play the game for a couple of years now, today i tried logging in and all my progress in game was reset, i was like lvl 70 and now its on lvl 25. If someone can tell me if i have to do something to get the old access back, thanks

I think it has to do with the change to ubisoft logon. You might have made a new account instead of connecting the old one to your ubisoft account. There is lots of guides here about that problem, but what you might need to do is to delete the current account, wait 2 weeks then try to merge the old account. Check if there is the right email connected to the ubisoft account, that might also be the problem.
