Game update 27/11/24

I sincerely hope that this is not the deactivation of the Halloween event!
Those of us with accounts on Sandycove are still sitting on piles of unspent pumpkins thanks to the server crashing for the final 3 days of Halloween event (see preceding thread).
We have been pleading with you via Fakebook and German forums as well as this forum when we get lucky enough to get in, and you have known about Sandycove's problems for months now, when a group of German servers were also crashing, they got fixed but Sandycove wasn't and this is thelatest disaster due to this negligence.
We worked hard against the odds to get anything out of this event, despite all the lockouts, random bootings and crashes, please do not stiff us on this, or Ubi$ofts latest poor PR will seem joyous in comparison!
If you can fix other servers in good time, why have we had to wait months and still see no improvement, even as I type this server is close to falling over again.
Written in the forlorn hope that somebody in authority might read it, as we seem to have been abandoned.

The most pathetic "Compensation" mail in the game's history, so bad it's not even laughable!
A few buffs and 100 gems, even taking into account the PFB's, it's way, way short of what we have lost.
At current shop prices, the items we were prevented from buying would cost 45-50k gems easily, or their nearest equivalents.
You need to fix this BB and soon.
3 weeks of battling against hammerman or unreachable server and we have nothing to show for our efforts apart from a very nasty taste in the mouth.
We made the effort, why can't you?
Even the PFB's will be worthless if Christmas event mirrors the Halloween one, doesn't matter how fast the explorers travel if we can't get in to send them, or take 5-6 hours per session as game crashes after sending each individual explorer.
