Anyone had issues with missing resources from explorers?

The other day I collected around 150 explorer mails to my star menu however the resources never showed. I thought I had maybe accidently collected to storehouse instead and thought nothing more of it. Today I collected about 100 mails and some from geos like gingerbread and there was 40 obsidian ore. Having 40 already in my star menu I should now have 80 ore but still only showing 40. Tried all the usual logging out etc and no joy. It was also not mail I had already collected as I often refresh to make sure its only showing new mail.
