Can't get into my Game, won't recognize my BETA

Hi

I started playing yesterday, got lots done and did all the tutorials and lvd up to 9. Now when I log in today, It says BETA key invalid. I requested a new one which worked, but I am back to square one and now a lv 1 again!!

Make sure you got the loggins correct. This happens if you logged in from Facebook and then tried logging in with an existing Uplay account. If this does not work, contact the BB_Ian from the support team by sending a ticket ("support" button on the main page).
