This user is not allowed to join Groups

Hi, I've experienced this with 20-30 people in our guild - I just can't invite them to our guild forum/group.
The number was much higher at the beginning, but some of them confirmed their emails and suddenly everything was all right for them...on the other hand for the others, even after confirming their emails, I still get: This user is not allowed to join Groups
Can't find anything like this on the forum hence the new thread.

Second question: How it is possible to get User doesn' exist if you're inviting who is an active guild member?

Tbh i dont quite get what you are trying to explain.
You are inviting players. But for what? And why did you get them to validate an email adres? That is never needed ingame.

User doesn' exist usually comes up when the player is on an other server...

OK...let me break it down.
We (the guild: Tranguillity) created a group/guild forum here on tso -> http://forum.thesettlersonline.com/g...hp?groupid=198

The group type is: Invite only

So that's why I have to invite other users (members of the guild). I really don't think they're on other server, since we all are in the same guild...or am I missing something?

ooh ask the mods/ bb_azariel but i dont think you will have the needed admin rights unless you are a mod or BB

edit: im actually suprised you managed to create a subforum for own use without MOD help
