can not connect or log in

for some reason i can not connect to the site let alone log in.. at the moment of writing this i am using a broadband mobile dongle as it was the only way i could connect to the site to post..
last night all was well i was able to connect and play i went to bed and when i came on this morning i seen flash had crashed it does sometimes when the log in bonus comes up
so i refreshed and it wouldnt connect at all nor could my wife log in .. i did a ping of the site and could i also did a tracetroute and that seemed ok aswell
but when i try to connect to www.thesettlersonline.com/en nothing happens .. i can connect to the german server and also to the www.thesettlersonline.net US server but the english just wont..i have tried everything i can think of cleaned cache and histroy ran cccleaner check.. i know i aint banned as the dongle works but is no good for playing too slow.. i dont know what else it could be as this is the only site effected its like my ip is banned on the site

Hi Hades8840,

Have you tried emptying your cache and cookies and updating your version of Flash?
If these don't work I can only suggest asking the guys from Support.

i am having the same problem too in internet explorer and Chrome but works in firefox very strange
