i cant open the game

i cant open the game since today in the morning ... am using Firefox 11.0
i get just a white page ... without any massage ..

1st check cache and cookies ( as bb said)
2nd check your connection is quite strong, as it going for a few seconds may freeze the game.
3rd keep on trying every 5mins as when I couldn't log on for a while I tried again and it worked properly.
4th check your flash player is good enough, maybe update it??
5th (if you can) try another browser (internet explorer, chrome) I use google chrome and that works.
If none of this works contact support.
