moving server

ive sended A few ticket without getting any answer so trying to get an answer here , me and my wife are playin , i started playin first then she joined a few months later. When she started playin it was on a different server, as my server was full "newfoundland". My wife is playin on sandycove is it possible to have her moved to newfoundland so we can play on the same server ?

Hi Turgal,

I'm sorry but we cannot move players from one server to another.
The only solution is for your wife to create a new account on your server. She will need to start from scratch though.
