I had couple times bug with buffs, when i buffed my buildings with 6 hour buffs, they are gone in 2 hour...
Second bug is trading with other people. When i sent my offer, there not come answer...
Hopely you can get my idea, little bit bad english, i know...
Buffs - I'd hate to state the obvious, but are you sure that you used baskets for buffing? Did you use sandwiches instead, thinking you used baskets? I know I've made that mistake once or twice.
Trading - Trading on the trade tab involves 3 steps.
- The seller posting their offer (ignore this step if doing a friend trade)
- The buyer sending a trade request on that offer.
- The seller accepting/declining the trade request. If they do neither, the buyer's resources are returned to them after 8 hours.
If you're certain that any of the above doesn't explain the problems you are having, you should contact support for further help.
