Maintenance - Quest time...

The quest time, do you stop when your doing maintenance on the server?

I have "Stealing from the rich" going on and I am almost done, have 2h. left, but if maintenance comes on AND the clock goes on I cant complete the quest in time. So I was wondering if the "quest clock" stops?

It usually gets reset and i think with a time bonus. Don't worry!
