From what i have seen no does them as they have ridiculous rewards for the effort you need to put in.

you can read changelog soon. go to tso testing and you find can all the ifformation alike. there is guild market and guild coins and quest is no longer terrible! good news!
They already changed in the tsotesting. The next big update should already have the new ones.
