Rank 1 - Guild Leader (Can kick and invite player into the guild, promote players inside guild to any rank except rank 1, change notes, change guild chat information.)

Rank 2 - Administration of a guild (Can kick and invite players into the guild, change notes, change guild chat info as well.)

Rank 3 - A respected member of a guild. (No rights?)

Rank 4 - Member of a guild.

Is this right? not sure? anyone else spread some light on it please?
