Login Error how to resolve?

Hey , it seems that I can't logon Settlers on my PC , there comes "General error, please refresh page" right after I try to login.
I used 3 browsers , all of those didn't work.
*Opera
*Chrome
*Explorer
Anyone knows how to resolve this error?
