Thread: Today when i logged in, i have lost a lot of things

    Exclamation Today when i logged in, i have lost a lot of things

    When i logged in today i was from level 18 back to level 16.
    Lost a lot of buildings, lost my general with my soldiers, lost a lot of stuff which i get from trading and i even lost a territory.
    This is too bad, because i loved this game but if i have to start all over again.
    Than i think that you have just lost one of your players.

    Yes maybe something went wrong with your account, but did you try to contact support ?
    Sorry, but people, who have been playing longer, have had their accounts reset and had to start over from scratch at a higher level
    Seems to me you're a bit impatient here
    Contact support and see what they can do for you

    That would be a acceptable excuuse if this game was still a Beta, its not mate, its now a pure F2P game with subscription options "premium" so I would not accept that answer from support regardless of how long his playing, people can go buy TSO off the shelves in a game store now, BB should step up. Which they wont of course but yeah.

    Pardon my ignorance, you are very confident in your statements.
    Things do go wrong, even out of beta.
    If you play a game on your computer, it 's can crash to, erasing your game, these things happen in real life
    Because we can pay, BB doesn't do anything about this ?
    And how are you so certain they don't step up??
    If this in not reported,they will not because they don't know about it

    It's easy to state such things, but my experience is 180 degrees of what you claim
    and before you ask: I never payed anything to play this game.

    I had a account reset, all buildings gone, and they helped me, they all did to be honest.
    Including my guild buddies, and all others community members, even from other Guilds.

    I could have wined about it, in this forum, but took the necessary action:
    Re[ported it to support
    informed my friends and guild buddies who were surprised to find my island empty
    And started rebuild..
    came back even stronger than before..

    So Bstraatman, things can go wrong, even here.
    it's not easy to see your hard work set back days, and although not very nice, but it can happen.
    but is that a reason to give up?
    if you don't ask for help, or report this has happened nothing will change.
    Don't sit and cry, stand up to the challenge!
    it can make you a better settler

    Just my 2 cents..

    Hope things will be resolved soon for you.

    In BStraatman his post i do not find one word that indicates he contacted support to have his problem solved.
    In my opinion it is more than normal to contact support first, wait for their reply to see what can be done.

    Support forward the mail to the devs if they think something is seriously wrong, that is not done in a day
    If support is not contacted, nothing can be done plain and simple.
    Support does make mistakes, but they also do try to help and, from what i see lately, BB is trying to improve certain things.
