Village school, anything else would have been stupid...
Can't remember, but I'm pretty sure is wasn't a school, thats just a waste of space
How is a school a waste of space?
1. Schools can now be upgraded to L5. Each school produces 60 Settlers per day.
2. Each school replaces a minimum of 12-18 buildings (2 L4 bakeries, 3 L5 Farms, 2 L5 mills, 2 L5 watermills/(or 8 wells), fields, 3 L5 silos). OR, considerably more if you haven't upgraded buildings.
6 x 12 = 72+ buildings OR sell the 3.3 million bread saved per year for approx. 100k gold coins.
I have 6 level 5 Village Schools, producing 360 settlers per day with zero consumption, I am a moderate adventurer and have not needed to use any settler refills in months.
Does that sound useless?
I'd love to know whether the other realms have been inflicted with this poor decision...

Why would anyone vote for the unlimited improved storehouse when the school is a limited item..... Both are equal in gem value and yet the school is as rare as a recycling manufactory.
Baggis,
You proved ti on the best way.
But the bird is not in the cage anymore.
And waste of space is such a wrong comment Steve1077
Me? I voted for the Village School, for the reasons that have already been stated above. Not impressed with the improved storehouse option, although I suppose it means there will be a glut of cheap ones on the market for those people who do like them...
...
I have a feeling this vote was manipulated, your poll results so far suggest most ppl voted for the village school, but it came last in the list! Most tso gamers are mostly clued up on the availability of certain items via trade, shop etc so there is no way the imp storehouse or battle hard gen would of beat the school!
How on earth did the fairy fire get left out as well? it was cheap and much more worthwhile than book resources that cost an arm and a leg.
