Lightbulb Guild quests - reduce the participation needed for maximum rewards.

    Hi.

Due to real life commitments, not all guild members are able to log in AND complete their guild quest every day. Therefore I would suggest reducing the number of members needed to complete the quests to achieve the maximum combined reward. Players would still need to complete their part of the quest to get both the individual and combined amount, however it would reduce the pressure on many players to do this EVERY day, whilst allowing those who do complete them to be rewarded appropriately.

I believe the maximum reward should be received with only half of the members completing their quest. Those who do not to take part on that day will not recieve anything, meaning all players have a reason to get involved where possible.

I would like to point out that the overall reward for a guild completing has already been increased, so that a guild can now earn more guild coins per quest than they did with the old system.
    example:
100 member guild, before needed 80% completion to receive end reward, with 119 ggc max reward for top tier players
100 member guild now needs 45% completion to receive that same 119 ggc reward.
according to my calculations, the number required to gain the same amount of guild coins as the old system, would need between 45 and 80% completion, depending on size of the guild.
Therefore you can have only some of your guild complete and still gain a decent amount of guild coins.

I agree that the actual amount of ggc you receive may need adjusting again. My suggestion is aimed towards the more serious issue of tension within many guilds right now and the fact that many players could be kicked for LOW activity rather than NO activity.

It would also allow players who are rarely able to complete quests, for whatever reason, to continue being in an active guild without having a negative effect on more active players.
